In this picture Tatem has already lost two teeth, one on top, one on bottom. No, he is not in need of braces (yet!) that other front top tooth is not crooked, it's literally hanging by a thread! He came home from school today with the tooth literally blowing in the wind. He could turn it all the way around but it just would not come out! Dad to the rescue.
